  Super mala atención. Fui a comprar un iPhone y el joven que me atendió me dijo que estaba el stock agotado y que si compraba no me pasaban la información de mi iPhone actual al nuevo. Todo esto lo hizo ese joven porque soy latina, ya que a las demás personas que eran americanas si les vendió el teléfono y les hizo sus copias de información. Es la peor tienda en la que he ido en toda mi vida.

  Extremely disappointed with the service at the Domain NORTHSIDE location. I brought in my AirPods Pro because the left earbud wasn't working, but the right earbud and case were perfectly fine. After a technician performed a 'hard reset,' the entire set stopped connecting and is now completely non-functional. To make matters worse, the manager was dismissive and rude, telling me to 'throw these in the garbage' and buy new ones rather than taking responsibility for the device being rendered useless under their care. As a long-time Apple user, this lack of accountability and professional courtesy is unacceptable. I am currently escalating this to Corporate Relations.

  Bunch of employees looking clueless. I came in for a 1:00pm appointment. Was greeted by Eric who directed me to sit by couple of trees. I waited over 45 minutes and no one bothered to ask me how can i help! I spoke with three different workers and one of them apologized and assured me someone will be with me shortly. Another 20 minutes go by and still nothing. I am only here because my phone has apple care and need them to troubleshoot the microphone on it. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  I’ve always liked Apple products, but my recent experience with these AirPods at The Domain has made me a customer for life. After losing my left bud in the parking lot, I eventually tracked it down only to find it looking completely crushed—it had clearly been run over several times. Despite the physical damage, I threw it back in the case (which is actually an Amazon replacement that worked seamlessly with the original buds). To my absolute shock, they still work like beasts! Charging is fine, audio is perfect, and no connection issues. These things are indestructible.

  The Apple Store is definitely a busy location, and you should expect to wait for your turn, especially during peak hours. That said, the experience is absolutely worth it. The staff are very friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to answer questions and make sure you get the help you need. The store itself is very clean, well-organized, and nicely laid out, which makes it easy to look around even when it’s crowded. Despite how busy it gets, everything feels structured and well managed. Overall, a great experience thanks to the welcoming staff and the professional atmosphere.
