    Bought a Apple I phone 17 pro Jan1,2026 and was going to purchase a watch and tablet today and then when I spoke to the guy at the front door who seemed to be a newbie about a question I had with my new phone he quickly shewed me out of the store saying to call Apple support and that there staff was all tied up with sales not sure why thinking he couldn't open the eyes up on his heart to your loyal customers who have already paid for things and hopefully it's not another sign of corporate Greed

    Do not go to the store if you need to do anything with Apple Care. We were given an appointment time only to have to wait an hour more. Then they were rude to us throughout the process. They have missed the SLA for the repair/replacement of headphones that they have in the store by one week. Now we cannot get anyone to pick up the phone. Our headphones are MIA. Apple is going downhill. But this store, this particular store is full of rude, incompetent "geniuses".

    Bought a brand new iPhone air 10 days ago and I'm returning it today. Because the Camera app was showing a blurry screen On many occasions requiring me to restart the phone several times. Apple at the genius bar, that's not so genius performed a diagnostic test and said nothing was wrong with the phone of course. I asked them if I can replace the phone because it's only ten days old and it's a defective product clearly with the camera not working for several times it should be covered under factory warranty and they said no. Keep in mind i have followed all their instructions like restarting and make it sure everything is updated.None of that worked I highly recommend not spending a $1000 at apple. Because they don't take care of their customers and their $1000 products works like a $20 product. The one thing that's clear is that they don't respect your time and don't own to their mistakes! Additionally before I left the Apple Store I explained my story to two representatives, and both of them said as long as you are under the window time that you purchased the phone, you should be able to replace it. I left with a downgraded phone and a free case when all they could’ve done was the right thing.

    Bad service, when I arrived, I was not greeted, had to waive the guy down and walk up to him and in turn he looked me up and down and said “what going on” but not in a very friendly tone. No hi, no how can I help you. Then was told someone would assist me from the tables when they are done, but was not told I need to stand at the table. I thought someone would come and get when they were available and take me to a table. When the guy seen me standing not far from him and not at a table, you would think he would say sir you need to stand at a table but he just let me stand there. I left the store after waiting for a while and just called apple for assistance.

    Manager JC is very unprofessional, rude and aggressive. This is not the Apple I used to know. I come to this store for 10 years and it is first time I was treated like this in Dec 21 2025. Manager JC told me it was my fault that their device didn't last a year and it is my fault I didn't buy Apple Care to make sure device works for more than a year. Then he behaved rude and start telling me that conversation is over and he needs to go serve other customers. Go serve them, JC, because I'm not an Apple customer anymore! Thanks to JC, I will spend less money on rubish apple devices that doesn't last even one year anymore. Apple Barton Creek is way much better, don't go to the Domains Apple.
