First Apple really has their stuff together in funneling customers to common areas, eg pick up orders one place, set up another. Also their set up software makes it very easy for the typical user. Finally I found the staff at this location very knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience in every way. Thanks

Call was terminated not sure why? Apple did not call back and problem was never resolved. Still lost and not sure where to go from here? A lot of wasted time.

Waste of time, staff not knowledgeable with in-person troubleshoot

They sent me to two different places to stand around to pickup a phone that's already purchased. Please have a process that is efficient and logical. Great product but in-store service is one of the worst I've seen.
- CACraig AndrewsNov 1, 20251.0The Apple has fallen far from the tree. I had a not so brilliant experience with an Apple Genius. After being ignored by the Genius, I asked him where I could find the HomePods. He took me to a wall of boxed HomePods and told me I couldn't actually touch or hold one. Then he told me that it operates off battery power that lasts 1 day. It turns out that the truth is there was an unboxed HomePod on display about 10' from where the Genius said I couldn't see one unboxed. It also seems that the HomePod needs to be plugged into the was as was the one on display. This was a completely wasted trip and I wish I had used the time eating sour apples.
