  One of the worst experiences by far I have ever had in my 45 yrs of life!!! I explained there is no Apple store closer than 3 hrs from my home and no option to get a brand new $1200 phone fixed except waiting 5 hrs!! (we were not at fault!! Stopped working on its own after having it 2 weeks!!!!)Apple and At&T need to back their products!!! Said phone would be ready at 4 and since I was still deciding on best options bumped me down and made me wait until 4:45 , which it was not 4:45!!! They completely ruined my daughters birthday have to wait around so long!!!

  Great Mall for Austin, be aware and do not be aloof. The general public present will provide the que on atmosphere, can be hectic.

  This Apple store location is amazing! Nothing to compare with Domain, here managers and associates are knowledgeable, polite, fast and efficient! HUGE kudos to associate Dave and manager Mo who ran an extra mile for me and my son, great job and we appreciate it, Merry Christmas guys!

  Unique (I know I am not spelling it right). I walked into the Apple Store having an absolutely terrible day and a problem that felt like it was about to derail an entire trip I had been looking forward to for a long time. From the moment this employee stepped in to help, everything changed. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in finding a solution — not just moving me through the process. What stood out most was their calm demeanor and empathy. They took the time to truly listen, explained my options clearly, and ultimately solved an issue that quite literally saved my dive trip. Beyond the technical help, they reminded me why Apple’s in-store experience is so highly regarded. The kindness, professionalism, and human connection they brought to the interaction completely turned my day around. It was a perfect example of the spirit of this time of year — going above and beyond simply because it matters. Please recognize this employee. Experiences like this are why customers remain loyal.

  If your Mac is glitching or has a black screen even after multiple repairs and the techs here say it’s not a defect, call apple support with your insurance. They will inspect it from your home with your camera and send you a brand new one. The techs here wouldn’t replace my laptop after a clear defect. Then told me the glass was broken even though the tech wrote in his notes that it was the technology, not me breaking it. There was zero physical damage to my laptop. They will lie to your face in order to keep from saying it’s a defect. Thankfully, I always take pictures and videos of the defect and recorded the conversation in the store to send to Apple. They sent a new one to me, with next day shipping.
