I called in and asked about the ATT trade-in offer for a iPhone 17 with my iPhone 13. Spoke to the guy who said i would get a bill credit after 2-3 billing cycles and now after 4 billing cycles - ATT tells me they never received the iPhone from the Store!! Therefore, i dont get the trade-in bill credit. I even have a print out stating I would receive $700 in bill credits! Terrible service and misleading .....

Visiting the Apple Store at Barton Creek Square is always a treat. It’s easily my go-to spot for electronics, and I’m constantly impressed by how Apple keeps pushing innovation forward. We enjoyed walking through the store, hands-on testing the latest devices, and discovering new features at our own pace. The sleek layout and inviting atmosphere make it a fun and effortless experience every time. Each visit leaves me inspired and already thinking about our next upgrade. Terrible customer service, very rude. I went to apple domain on February 10 to get my phone repaired. they ordered a replacement, to go arrive at barton creek, on the 16th I went to check in and was advised phone will arrive in 1-2 days. Called back on the 17th to the hotline and they connected me with the store who advised me that the phone was cancelled and I had to come in to the store for the third time to restart the process. I asked if this can be done over the phone since this will be my third time visiting the store. he said no, I asked to talk to a supervisor or file a complaint and he said that was not possible. He placed me on hold and never heard back. Very rude, awful customer service.

A handful of associates are atrocious. Cancelling appointments where they made customers wait way too long to avoid notice in the system, refusing to set up appointments and accusing theft when nothing was taken outside of the store. Corporate, you need to get a handle on this immediately, this is a bad look for the brand and even worse for the store location. Im not a person to leave a review for just anything, please take these comments seriously. Thank you!

Very sad and dissapointed by their products and service. BOTH. The Macnook pro came uneven so it shifts everytime i a put my hands on it. As a man without much time i didnt meet their "15v day Warrenty" witin the first month apps where failing, The mouse would malfunction. SIMPLE things like the freaking bluetooth and wifi for godsakes... THey just wouldnt work unless i called. Mind you im a tech and troubleshoot myself before calling. These products where great in 2009 but now theyre just a logo.
