Our Tyson has been acting strangely so we took it in today. The technician found that the head and pipe were full of small particles. He cleaned it out, said we had purchased it in 2017 and didn’t charge us!

The facility checked and found that our vacuum was still under warranty. We ended up paying absolutely nothing. The service technician was extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location.
