- MVmaryjane valdezFeb 16, 20261.0Not satisfied. I purchased a wifi device yesterday and brought it back in today to return and yudith refused to take it back. Saying that since I paid for it I own it. Also, she's always asking for pin code when I get ready to pay my bill telling me it's store policy. I've been to other Cricket stores and managers have told me it's not a policy. I don't trust this sales associate. I won't be coming back to this location. If y'all go pray Stephanie is there she's amazing.
- JRJorge RochaFeb 14, 20265.0I just want to say how happy I am to come in this store every time , I came in and Yudith found the right fit for me when I definitely needed a new phone, I have now brought in my whole family everybody has came in to get financing with her . She’s kind, cares about your day . Everytime you come in here it’s almost like therapy you leave with a smile it’s not about just making a sale. Usually other stores people are so pushy you rather wait and stay with an old phone longer . Ask for her when you come in you will leave happy 😊
- ECEdwin CastroFeb 14, 20265.0I had a horrible experience at another location, I left and looked around for another cricket. If I may say I regret not finding this location sooner. Yudith was just out of the charts very kind hearted girl,patient, nice. She assisted me with some issues on my device , the previous store I left mad from told me they couldn’t fix the issue and said I just needed a new phone. I left and when I found Yudith she fixed the issue in 30 seconds and not just that but she was so nice I wound up just buying a phone from her ! She took her time in copying everything I needed to my new device, she asked all the right questions and found the perfect device that fit me not just any cheap phone. I will recommend her to all my family and friends this is now the store I will go to regardless of how far my drive is. Totally worth it. We need more people like her.
