This place is across from Chico’s. Not where the bath and body works is. Or might help to head towards the MIcheal Kors

The staff at Khryashchevo responsible for tracking items were absolutely disgusting. I reported that my laptop had been stolen—specifically *stolen*—and asked them to block it or take some kind of action, but the people there refused to do anything. They simply said, "We don't know anything about it." I do not recommend this place to anyone; do not go there. It is disgusting—simply disgusting.

Made an appointment checked for clarification once I got into the store and it appears if you’re young and cute you’ll get served real quick. I saw this happen multiple times So I inquired why they were being served before me and they said well it’s first come first serve Here’s my recommendation don’t make an appointment just throw up

i literally live walking distance to this apple store and will rather just drive to a different one then go to this one, that’s how off put i was when i left. I could have been the absolute easiest sale too, already knew what i wanted and was set on buying it, apple watch. I get there, cause ONLY reason i didn’t just buy it on amazon for cheaper or apple website for same customization was the same reason most people go to store to get one, to see how the band looks on my wrist and the size of the screen. I get there and am standing only in watch section, going from watch to watch, very obviously interested and no one even tries to talk to me for 5 min. Then one person does, asks what i’m interest in, i say watch and ask one question, get the answer and she walks away. So i’m back to just standing there, i would just ask for help but the workers are grouped together just talking to each other. There is even another customer, a husband and wife that stood in front of the same watch for as long as i was there and got no help as well. Finally one of the dudes from the back that fixes stuff actually seems to care that i want a watch and grabs someone to help me. I wish the initial dude could have stayed to help cause who he got for me is who put me in such bad mood. He had ZERO interest in actually helping me or care about my choice of watch. I just wanted to see how a band looked on my wrist but kept pushing to show me the bands on the ipad. Seemed clearly annoyed that i was asking to try different bands on. I heard another employee telling their customer how the different bands work with water and their fit, etc. My dude just stood there with attitude. I said thank you every time he put a new band on, trying to show my appreciation for his time but still got little care in showing me the different bands. He literally show’d me nothing in the store that i didn’t point at and ask to see. And i only asked to try 3 bands. Finally i picked one and the store didn’t have it. But didn’t offer to have a different location hold it, or even just order online for me. Which i’m gonna end up doing anyways. Mean it couldn’t have been more clear that i wanted, and was going to get a watch and that specific one, i wasn’t questioning the purchase since i need it. Would have been absolute easiest sale for that store. Now im not even gonna go back

Went in a store to pick the order for iPhone . That was without hassle. I told them that I want to purchase an ipad as well. I was told to reach out to a guy in front of entrance... who was busy in speaking to a customer. After few minutes, reached out to him and he told me to look around and he would let someone to help me and for next 10mins no one bothered and I exited the store and hence my plan to buy the apple product also exited. The whole process of 1:1 attention to customer is quite overrated and should keep it simplified and pay attention to customer who already is showing willingness to purchase. You can not have 5 sales people talking to 5 customers for 10-15 mins and keep waiting the other new customers. They need to flex. It's not exclusivity from other brand stores but stupidity.
