  Sometimes your service can tick you off. Sometimes your services can frustrate you. It is okay...just go to the store, not call the thing or text the whatthehell, walk INTO THE STORE. When you see the Make a Wish Hire, just tell him how you feel and what is going on....and then walk out laughing when my friend Jerry the crazy cast of fix it to the end make things work, dismiss the despair, and remind you how much fun you can have doing the boring stuff. Really, ask Jerry. To spell his name. Don't tell him I said that though.

  I would not recommend going here went here for questions about my business account wasted my time driving up there they told me they would be in contact me with the next day I called never got any answer and this was 2 days ago you're better off to go to another location they preached about how they're one of the top locations as far as customer service but I definitely did not receive good customer service

  Jerry *and the whole staff, we just don’t know everyone’s name lol* go above and beyond. We will be using this store for all our Verizon needs moving forward. Wonderful experience, highly recommend.

  We had the most amazing experience! Thanks to Destini and Dancey and their speedy help, knowledge of devices and amazing customer service! We could not appreciate them more. She helped us get four new phones and a new Apple Watch. After being with AT&T for more than 30 years, we were happy to make the switch to Verizon! 10/10 recommend!

  Avoid this store at all costs. I had to go to this store a few times to resolve an issue. The first time, the employee who helped me was obviously new but she was incredibly helpful. I had to go back a few days later because the issue popped up again. The second time I came in she was reprimanded by a coworker for trying to advocate for me in resolving my issue. They don’t want to help. Instead they want their customers to figure out their problems on their own on the Verizon website. If you’re not buying a phone but need help with a phone you already purchased, they have no desire to help. Unless they’re new, but the more experienced employees will get that helpful attitude out of their system fast. Go to the Verizon in Gun Barrel city instead. They provide a MUCH better customer service experience and will make sure you leave with your problem(s) solved.
