  NEVER COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET HARASSED AND ASSAULTED. Ok for context.... On November 8th, I bought a new phone and new line from a different verizon store near my home, at the time I did not realize the issues that russell cellular has had with customers and thought I would be fine. After getting a phone I realized I did not like it and the plan they sold me was not the one I wanted and came with many fees they did not tell me... newsflash... they wanted commission. FAST FORWARD TWO DAYS LATER: On November 10th I called Verizon and asked about their policy on exchanging phones and lines to something I'd actually like, they told me to go to a corporate store near me and do it there. At that store they informed me they could not return or exchange the phone there since Russell Cellular has different inventory then them and won't tell them (which is stupid why is a 3rd party not telling it's parent company its inventory....) ANYWAYS, The man at the Verizon store told me he'd set me up with a phone and a line and to go to the nearest russell cellular and return the phone and cancel the line. Annoying yes, but not big deal it was on the way home. So we port my number to my phone I wanted and new line which was cheaper. I leave the store and go to THIS VERIZON, YES Collins ST and walked in to middle aged African American women being the only one working (I did not catch her name that is why I am describing her instead). She was joking around with an older man who said he doesn't mind waiting and to let others in front of him. I sit down with the phone I wanted to return and my receipt and wait my turn. She sees me and looks at my paper and she automatically says "You want to return that" I proceed to say "yes ma'am the corporate store down the street said I could.To that she says "no we don't do that here, they told you wrong.. no" Then the man she was speaking to got involved and started yelling at me while I am standing there "YOU ARE A SPOILED BRAT CUTTING ALL THESE PEOPLE!" I am standing there dumbfounded because she has asked me and was talking to me she then says "OH LEAVE THE BOY ALONE OMG". I'm still standing there like "what is happening" he proceeds TO GRAB MY STUFF AND WALK OUT WITH IT. Shes screaming at him "OMG give the boy his stuff right now". He gives it back to me while screaming at me still asking me where I live and he's going to find me and all this insane stuff. Eventually after 5 minutes I am tired of this and just tell her thank you and I will call or something.. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO SHOVE ME OUT THE STORE AND THROW A JUICEBOX AT MY HEAD. I was going to call the cops, but I am a 19 year old boy, I am not expecting to get harrassed at a Verizon store for no reason. Eventually I go back to the one I got the phone and they give me a refund (reluctantly) and inform me to write a review about this store and they will be in contact with the district manager to get the man found and the women fired. At the end of the day I just didn't want to pay for 2 phones and 2 lines while I am in college and it's just me. That was all.... I did not expect to get harrassed here. JUST PLEASE DO BETTER MANAGEMENT, TALK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES and protect your customers.

  Kind of difficult to get any business done. This was 3pm in the afternoon, on a normal business day.
