    I would like to address that satisfaction and dissatisfaction should not be categorize within the same sentence but this is exactly what I experienced first regarding the positive aspect of this whole situation I am pleased to acknowledge the professionalism that was displayed by Ms Chantah Brooks during our interaction it was a pleasure having her to address the issue concerning my account I appreciate her exceptional customer service skills demonstrating she is adept in working with divers individuals a real people person conversely me working with a different individual there was very disappointment while I was on the phone with a Verizon representative The other representative in the Verizon store there which was a young man which food seem to had been more important than addressing my issue at hand I started to insist that I be given information to speak to a manager I find the conduct of this individual should be addressed I left there stating I appreciate there professionalism ,When i truly only was referring to Ms Brooks she was awesome, because the young man there was asking The young lady which was Ms Brooks to assist him because the Verizon representative was on the phone he and I was needing something and we had to wait in between food and unorganized paperwork as I stated I was pleased and displeased at the same time Verizon should be glad to have Miss Brooks as a part of their Verizon team because I'm glad she was in there and I don't even know if she will even see this or if she even read reviews but I hope that Miss Brooks does because I just want her to know how I really appreciated her professionalism skills, and before ending this review I didn't like to keep telling the other representative I don't like giving my address out because they don't need the address they only need the ZIP code it made me feel very uncomfortable.

    The manager is nice and competent, one of the technicians is not. She was rushing while transferring my mobile sim to a new Samsung phone, and despite me repeating my phone number for her thrice, she overwrote my personal phone data with my mother's who had an iPhone. It's been like 4 months since my purchase and I'm having a trickle of issues that required me to revisit a verizon store a handful of times now. Including: -My purchase here cannot be paid off in full online, only in cash. -My mother had to get her sim reactivated -My mother somehow is no longer able to access her verizon account -My mother now owes the full amount for her iPhone, seemingly. It's just a bunch of headache. If you do go here, make sure you work with the manager.
