While I was on the phone with my husband, an employee who wasn’t even assisting me, rudely interrupted my conversation to interject her unsolicited opinion. This was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. To make matters worse, the employee who was helping me spent the entire time complaining about the number of customers in the store and how he was inconvenienced because he had to pick up his wife. The staff’s lack of focus on customer needs and their blatant disregard for basic courtesy made this a frustrating visit. I would never recommend this store to anyone who values good customer service. Avoid this location if you expect to be treated with respect and professionalism.

- DJDaniel JaquezAug 11, 20251.0Really bad customer service … had an issue with connection fees was told by customer to come in a”Corporate store” waited over 20 mins to get attended even though some employees were on laptops , Verizon charged a disconnection fee even though I didn’t have service or number never ported over was told to “ despute” the charges with my bank that Verizon couldn’t do anything … the manager couldn’t even come out the office to even help me out …. So I decided to drive to a different store … and for some weird reason the were able to help me out , called customer service with me were able to find my account and able to refund me
