    I was at the store talking yo Alison a great custo.er service agent and she just wanted to inquire about something from one of her work others by name Ranell. Ranell wa so so rude I have never experience such rudeness before. She was saying we are getting charged because we are using what's up to make calls without wifi connection and that's why we are being charged international calls. I tried to explain to her that I do the same thing but does not get charged internationally .....Ranell just goes off and says I am being rude for talking !!!! 👄 just lulu not believe that. Such a person like Ranell should not be working for a great company with reputation like verizon.

    When I visited this location, my entire visit took only 11 minutes—7 of which were spent waiting for another associate to bring the store tablet. William was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to resolving an issue that multiple call center representatives had been unable to fix over the course of three days. He activated my phone quickly and efficiently. Next time, I’ll skip the call center altogether and come straight to the store.

    I recently got my new Verizon phone and while picking it up, got a great offer for internet service with Verizon. The set up was easy easy. My in store experience with Juan at the South Arlington store was just such an amazingly positive experience! He got my new phone set up for me, gave me perfect instructions on how to get my internet up and running and made the whole thing so easy. I've been with Verizon for over 25 years and this was the BEST customer service I've ever had. I'll stay with them for a while I think! Thanks, Juan. You did great.

    Packaged the wrong phone for me then gave me the run around wasting over 8 hours of my time fixing their mistake. Absolutely the worst customer service and support was no better.

    There are no employees in this, the branch of service. I see them there, but they don't work hard. They go inside, they do not serve customers I stayed in the branch for half an hour, and no one spoke to me, the work is not going well, there are other branches where the service is good, I do not recommend visiting this act.
