this is the worst store that I ever visit dealing with the store manager, Alan Moreno customer just came over to (Verizon) I left Spectrum mobile to come to Verizon went to the store yesterday to get my service activated. The manager Alan told me that my phone will be on by 10:00 PM. I didn’t have any service at all until now to this day, I still do not have any service on my phone. I lost money at my job because of my phone I activated three lines and today I will go right back up there today to take my service back to Spectrum mobile because of the inconvenience that the store manager, Alan Moreno. Gave me his word that my phone will be activated all three lines. I still do not have any service on my phone bad business. Everything about this experience that I have with (Verizon) is horrible. I would never recommend anybody switching to (Verizon) under any circumstances. I wouldn’t care if they had the cheapest planned on earth. It’s not even worth the time the manager communication skills sucks. He gave me his number. Told me to call him if I need anything or if I had any questions I called him last night at 10 o’clock never answered the phone never returned my call. I sent text messages. I left voicemails that guy never returned my call so with that being said, I will be leaving Verizon today as soon as they open at 10 AM 2-10-26 I’m going back up there to transfer my number back to Spectrum mobile I would never ever in my life deal with (Verizon) again and I would not recommend anyone to do any business at the (Arlington) location off of interstate 20, especially with that manager, Allen running the store, very unprofessional setting in my face and lie about everything and did not stick to his word shook my hand like it was all good and stab me in the back at the end I would never recommend(Verizon) give you the number and tell you if you need anything, call them that’s a whole lot. They will not answer your call under any circumstances that they tell you. It seemed like they sales representative be trying to be something that they really not they put on their façade like they really there to help you and they really not. It’s all lies just to get you to come over to (Verizon) I will close my business account with Verizon today February 10, 2026 and I will take my service back to Spectrum mobile there’s nothing Verizon can ever offer me to come over to them for service. I will always badmouth (Verizon) I am a celebrity Chef here in the Texas area very known Around the Dallas Fort Worth area I will always badmouth (Verizon) and any of my customers. I will always talk against (Verizon) to get them to leave (Verizon) I know a lot of people and I’m always talk bad about (Verizon) they don’t deserve anybody phone service. The people that they hire they just hire just put somebody in the position half of the sales rep. Don’t even know what they talking about so with that being said, do not get phone service with (Verizon)

This is by far the worst Verizon location I’ve ever dealt with. From my initial visit when I opened services to multiple visits over the past week, the experience has been consistently terrible.
The store manager is extremely unprofessional. She and her group openly talk about customers and clearly do not appreciate being held accountable or called out for it. After a recent outage, they attempted to also mention other carriers for the issue, which is simply not true.
I had to make two separate visits just to return the 5G Home Internet equipment. On my first visit, they refused to accept the return. The only reason it was finally taken the second time was because I showed adamant and tired of the bullshit.
While the outage played a role in my decision (which as I write this review it has been more then 9+ hours without service) the poor customer service I received during my visit today was the final straw. I will be closing my services with Verizon.
I also plan to escalate this directly to Drew so leadership is aware of how this store is being “managed.” No customer should have to deal with this level of incompetence and disrespect.
