  DO NOT GO HERE, they stole my ID info to open more accounts for themselves!!!! I had so many problems with activation and had to go multiple times to try and get my services properly set up

  They have SCAM going on. Do not let them scan your id. Once it's scan they will keep it on record even if you do not get any plan from them and use on their benifits.

  I was here just to check on the promotions, I was a boost customer and boost was duping a lot of money from me. But Zuhaib at Total wireless help me with the best service, the made me walk out with the 4 phones among which 1 was an iPhone 13. And good point is that I am paying $100 for 4 lines. Where as boost was charging me $85 for a single line. I came down to store for 4 times Zuhaib helped me getting the account number and transfer pin from boost and also helped to carrier unlock the boost phone. They ordered phone for me and took a very good care of me. They also helped me with 2 phone cases free as a goodies for activating 4 phones. I recommend people living or work near by Arlington to visit the store and have the promotions. Zuhaib and Assad they will help you and will take care of you.

  Casandra was so very helpful when my phone was broken and I needed to get service transferred to another device. Unfortunately, the device I was trying to use was defective... But she went above and beyond to get me connected again, offering suggestions on next steps, such as where I could get my cracked device fixed, and other options I could try next if the repair was unsuccessful. She then took the time to help me get back into my original device after the screen was repaired and the device was locked. I would definitely recommend this store because of the customer service I received from Casandra. I have never had a representative work so hard to make sure I had a working phone, especially since I came in not too long before closing time. Casandra is extremely knowledgeable, and she was able to help me solve every problem that arose in this situation. I will definitely be going back to this store for all of my phone needs from now on! Thank you Casandra!
