I'd been in a month earlier for something else and the young man who'd helped me was knowledgeable and helpful, so I expected better. But, in her defense, she spent over an hour trying--however, to no avail. And I spent twice that much time on the phone with Cricket customer service and techs and they never solved the issue. In fact, they closed my case via text without talking to me because I couldn't answer my phone when they called, without really doing anything except giving conflicting information from one person to another and displaying some of the most outstanding ineptitude I've ever experienced with any tech support. I'm going to have to get a new phone--and actual service from somebody besides Cricket.
