Extremely disappointing experience. My boyfriend purchased a Samsung TV from the Best Buy Outlet and was told they do not offer delivery, so he arranged for someone to help him pick it up. When he received the TV, it came with Sony accessories and had a noticeable streak on the screen.
We decided to return it, but that’s when things got even worse. After several trips to the store just trying to speak with someone, he finally found out he had been given someone else’s TV. His actual TV was still sitting at the store with his name on it.
Since this was clearly their mistake, they scheduled a pickup for the incorrect TV. When the pickup team arrived, they refused to take it because it was “the wrong TV in the wrong box.” That made no sense because that’s exactly how the store gave it to him. They even said he could be charged for it, which was completely unreasonable considering the error was theirs.
He had to go back to the store yet again. They then scheduled both a pickup and delivery at the same time, but only sent one person to handle two 85-inch TVs. My boyfriend had to help move them himself.
This entire situation took over a week to fix and caused unnecessary stress. What should have been a simple purchase turned into a frustrating and exhausting experience. We will not be purchasing from this outlet again.

Love this place !! Bought a $1200 dollar washer for $599 . Only had a small dent , thank you Lord for the small dent!! Have bought numerous things from here if your ok with a scratch or dent , they will never be seen this is definitely a place to go!!!

i bought a 85 in tv from them and i just got to open it and i realized it was cracked it wouldn’t work and i went back to return it ashley the supervisor was no help didn’t want to return it and didn’t give us a discount on any other tv and it was 1300 went to waste

I got two fridges, a stove, and a dishwasher from here. All separate occasions. Please look nowhere else but this place - their prices are absolutely incredible and their customer service is even better. There are some issues with delivery, haul away, and installation but I find that even better because they always always always make it right. Ashley, Dan, Raul, Emilio, Jeff, and Arianna are all incredible people. Ashley, Dan, and Raul get a double shout out. Thank you all and Best Buy for always making things easy and great.

I had a great experience at the Best Buy Outlet. We were under a time crunch during a move and needed a working refrigerator that still looked good at a discount. We ended up finding a nearly perfect unit at 50% off retail—the only issues were minor cosmetic flaws (a broken trim piece on the bottom and small side dents), which were clearly disclosed and didn’t affect performance.
Iesha was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the process, answer our questions, and help us understand all available options, which made the purchase smooth and stress-free during a hectic move.
If you’re open to outlet or open-box appliances, this location is a great place to find real value with helpful staff.
