    This is a store that has all the appliances one needs. I received exceptional services from the LG section from a young gentleman called Sandeep (sp). He was very patient and pleasant with me as I asked all my questions before making the purchase. He had good knowledge of the products. Being the first time I’ve bought stuff from here by myself, I’ll definitely be back.

    I noticed that the 55 inch TV is a little too big and I was wanting to go to the 50 inch when I called to ask them for an exchange they told me I only had 15 days and I was at the 16 day mark and said there was nothing I could do except come buy a new TV……… The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL service I have ever had buying something over a grand. No one person reached out to me with my confusion or the fact that I was upset they did not care. I have bought a $10,000 Both theater system 7/12/2014, The service thing was amazing, but it was a separate department Bose. And none of the points that I have accumulated over these past 40 years were there. I THINK THE TRUE REASON IT’S SO HARD TO GET TO THAT LOCATION IS BECAUSE EVEN GOD DOESN’T WANT YOU TO SHOP AT THAT LOCATION!

    Came here super last minute to buy the Meta glasses and Ryan was such a great help! He was super helpful and super patient looking for the glasses I wanted although he couldn’t find them initially. I’ve been to so many other stores were they say we’re out without even checking but Ryan went above and beyond. Checked us out super quick and promptly, for more service like Ryan’s!

    My experience does not necessarily with this store but with their delivery providers. That $2600 on appliances to be delivered last week. Delivery provider could not communicate properly in English. Just walked into my home immediately taking pictures and then telling me he could not installed because The cutoff valves. This was after he ripped the bottom of my dishwasher off and left it in the middle of the floor. I've been in this business before so I understand that if the cutoff valves could cause them problems they could not install however most customers would not understand this. They never took the time to explain just walked out and said I needed to get a plumber. A customer service person called me and said they couldn't install it because the cutoff valves were bad and that they had offered me a price to install it themselves. That never happened. I got a plumber reset my delivery and now have been waiting for 3 hours since the initial time they told me they would be here. Although my time frame showed 10:30 to 2:30 they're tracking device said they'd be here at 9:39 so I removed everything out of my old refrigerator and left it on the counter. The tracking device showed they were one minute away and no one ever showed up. So I called customer service where I was promptly left on hold for 20 minutes before somebody answered the phone. They told me they would be there between 10:30 and 2:30 which was the original time frame. I asked why the tracking device show they would be there early they could not answer me. So it was reset and showed they would be now at 11 27. It kept gradually moving to 12 15. Tracker said again they were 3 minutes away and down to 1 minute and arriving soon and then I promptly get a call from the driver saying he's 35 to 45 minutes out. Please teach your drivers how to use the delivery application you use as it's very frustrating. Now my food has been sitting on my counter for 3 hours and who knows when they'll actually show up . *"Update so why did the delivery team show up with a pickup truck and a brand new refrigerator laying on its back inside of a trailer. Appliances are not designed to travel flat .. This was supposed to be a professional delivery. .. finally got someone on a chat line however they're not able to help do anything. Could not contact anybody in the store. Chat line is saying that the status of the order shows in transit however I can go to the app and show that he used to be scheduled. I asked to have my refrigerator replaced. today. Extremely frustrating and disappointing process.. the saga continues. Today the arrived with a refrigerator out of a box and crushed on the bottom. Same one they tried to deliver before that was laying flat in truck .. 11/22 update. Today they showed up today. Timing was showing up right. I had high hopes... Instead, driver shows up without aa refrigerators on his truck. Gives me some BS that he is there to hook up my refrigerator that I don't yet have and then claims he foound out the refrigerator was on back order. Then some from warehouse calls and says she will check into why driver did not have on truck and call me back within the hour. Of course that is not happen. Meantime I am on chat line. Geting transferred and transferred and during the endless canned responses, I get a text saying my order is now rescheduled for a Tuesday. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else

    If I could leave no stars I would! By far has been the worst experience EVER! My husband dropped his iPhone off on October 14 for repairs, updates are horrible! We got multiple misleading updates, one saying the phone was repaired, the other saying it didn’t qualify for repairs! I called, apparently you can’t speak to the geek squad directly… i spoke to 2 people in the call center who told me no no the phone was fixed … to give it additional time for the phone to get back to the location and for the geek squad to do the final inspection. Two weeks pushing 3 weeks later we get the message the phone is ready for pick up. My husband goes in, and was told they couldn’t fix the phone, they gave him some excuse and the phone back. He goes to TMobile for guidance and that’s where he found out they gave him the wrong phone back! He goes back to Best Buy, they told him they’ll call him once they find the phone ….. after not hearing from them we start to call. CALL CENTER nearly making it impossible to get any update. Multiple agents lied saying a manager would call us back …. We finally speak to the store where the agents there finally gave us an update. Basically putting the blame on APPLE INDIANA, once they confirm they dropped the ball … they’ll happily replace the phone. Days pass again and of course the phone is magically found! Now they have to ship it from Indiana to California to now get fixed! Here we are, fixing to be a month of us trusting Best Buy … and we are without a phone. You would think with all the calls and complaints they’d do a better job at keeping us updated, nope … per the link the last update available was from 11/03. So who knows when we’ll get the phone back, if it’ll even be repaired??! I’ve lost all faith in it this company .
