Store associates do everything they can to avoid assisting customers, and even if you express concern about waiting to be helped after trying to hunt down multiple associates, they demonstrate that they couldn't care less. Everyone top down at this location needs to be fired and replaced ASAP.

I’ve been calling customer service only to be told they still don’t have the tv in stock. Today I went to Best Buy pretending to buy a similar tv. They had it in stock. At the cashier I produced the initial receipt. They almost refused to exchange but finally did after I told them I won’t leave without my tv. Why why why.
