  Had the nicest buying experience I’ve had in a long time today with David R. He and Shams were funny and supportive. They both seem to work hard to assist customers. David was patient while I tangled with unfreezing my credit and applying for a Best Buy Visa (which I recommend) and I left with an over appliance than I had intended to buy, which I’m pleased with. I’ve always enjoyed shopping online with Best Buy and today’s in-store interactions were yet another good experience with this company.

  Yonnathan, the young man at Best Buy, who helped me set up the appointment with AT&T at the location in Arlington was an AMAZING person. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and one of the most kind, wonderful people I have come across in a long time. I am forever grateful that he introduced himself to me and assisted me with this LIFE CHANGING WIFI SERVICE. Not only did he do a great job at work but he also had a HUGE influence and impact in changing my day around for the better. I am forever grateful that I ran into Yonnathan, and if I could give him a raise personally I would do so! You guys at Best Buy are soo incredibly lucky to have such a talented, kind, and efficient young man like Yonnathan working for you. Anyone looking to purchase an item or to set up a service I 100% recommend you request for Yonnathan assistance!

  Employees were just standing around doing nothing instead of checking my items out. Others seemed to prioritize returns instead of customers who were buying something. Poor experience. I would have just checked out myself if self-checkout had been an option. Slow service.

  Best Buy Arlington, Great custome buying experience from the door greeters tothe immediate assistance given to is to navigate through the store quickly. Went shopping for a new TV with a certain budget in mind and they offerred financing 4-5 times with no payments for 24 months to try to upgrade our purchase for a large TV but we didn't want to fiannce and the sale for us wasnt that serious for what we needed it for. The Sales associte for Sony TV did a great job explaining pixels, asking questions and doing demos to show the difference and asking good questions about our use and need for TV to line us up with the best value. Once it was decided we were not buying Sony but a Samsung or LG he transferred us to another highly patient and helpful Sales Rep who once again I think his name was Ken did an exellent job and took his time to show us 4 different models and the pros and cons all within our stated budget. He did try to upsell us but it wasnt done in a negative or pushy way. Over all i felt like all the associates do a great job in educating you on the products you are looking to buy so you can make the best choice in quality, price warrenties and value. Great shopping place. They all remembered to say Thank you on the way out even the door greater.
