    Verizon Wireless’s sustained failure to provide competent service, professional conduct, or basic respect over the course of the past year serves as unequivocal notice that I am wanting to terminate my relationship with Verizon Wireless effective immediately. Despite repeated and documented efforts to resolve ongoing issues with my account through both Verizon’s consumer and business service channels, I was subjected to an unacceptable pattern of mismanagement, misinformation, and neglect. Problems were routinely mishandled or ignored, commitments were made and subsequently abandoned, and resolution timelines were repeatedly missed without explanation or accountability. At no point did Verizon demonstrate effective ownership of the issues it created or allowed to persist. What distinguishes this experience is not the existence of isolated errors, but the consistency of Verizon’s failure across departments. Interactions with customer support were marked by poor communication, lack of authority, and a troubling absence of professionalism. I was repeatedly forced to restate the same issues to different representatives, often receiving contradictory responses, none of which resulted in durable resolution. The burden of correcting Verizon’s internal breakdowns was repeatedly shifted onto me, the customer. This pattern of conduct reflects systemic deficiencies rather than individual lapses. Verizon Wireless has demonstrated an apparent indifference to customer experience, operational competence, and ethical service standards. The cumulative effect has been a complete erosion of trust and confidence in your organization. Continued association with a company that operates in this manner is neither reasonable nor acceptable.

    They are helpful when you finally get to you. Why is it that in the evening hours, you only have one person working? People come in after work and maybe more important is a safety issues!

    Worst experience ever! They scammed us. First the business rep offered one thing then first bill came to three times what's been offered. Then they offered to cover switcher deal up to $800, then they did not cover anything. They twist words very well until you aggree to something. If you try to contact them about issues I hope the best of luck. They disappear and won't open your calls texts or anything. Even when you visit the store, most of them seem to displeased to see you. I've been very shocked by their unprofessional attitude. I thought Verizon supposed to be have high standards, this was very disappointing experience. We had to file with FCC and now having bunch of headaches because of them. We are even considering small claims court just to get our money back. Be careful to ask all proofs you can get, if I hadn't ask for quote I it would have been very hard to explain everything. Even though they accept their mistakes, their effort to fix things comes up to only more PROMISES that they can not keep.
