She is so efficient, very well mannered, she explained everything to me to a T and was so nice to me about not being able to get the loan. She definitely needs a pay raise if you ask me!! The new manager she had left but there was a person (a man who was there helping her maybe from main office high up than her) in the office who could have taken the call and dealt with what needed to be dealt with. But when we got there we looked in the window he just sat in the corner desk on his cell phone. Instead of being useful and attending to customers he just kept the door locked. Im due in December and after I finish paying im not sure if I will be back. Hopefully they get their stuff together and do extremely better.
