    (Her name is Brittany ) store employee who call her self a manger- I'm a truck driver. I bought my phone from San Antonio Verizon and the guy sent me to this store because I was already coming this way. Soon as I came in, she looked at me, seen I was black, and said my phone was not in good condition. I reminded her I just got it and said "how is it not in good condition" and she said well not the phone, it's the charger, it has a black mark on it, which it didn't. She only said that because I'm black. Then she said I couldn't return it, so she refused to return it and called me a racial slur and said my name out loud . She also refused give me a corporate phone number and email & gave my wife a fake email to her boss & I will be making a complaint and getting a lawyer. That’s not you treat a human being and I’m just trying get customer service-help -& You all will be seeing me soon.

    Brittany was an amazing resource for me in so many ways. A wealth of information. Even while I was waiting and she was being cursed out on the phone, she handled the situation with professionalism and Grace. I could go on and on, but I think you get the point. Cheers.
