    Kyle was amazing! I really enjoyed talking with him as he was setting up our new phones. Walker was 100% as a manager. Craig was super helpful as well. Thank you guys!

    They were not friendly and seemed a little frustrated when they were asked a question. I have been a version customer for 14 years but was disappointed in this store. They were very busy.

    Note: This has nothing to do with this store impiticular but the company them selves. We got the plan pictured in this review. Once we got it we set it all up and followed every instructions that came with this plan. We did everything we could possible to make our WiFi perfect and for 5g we thought it would be great. The internet is horrible and always lags. We had our routers on the window where we thought we could get better service but still it was sooo bad. We trouble shooted and did everything we could to get a better connection an it just didn’t work. So the connection is really bad and now there’s another issue. In the deal it offered up a $250 Amazon gift which you receive after a month of using there service, when we went to apply for this which yes we applied within the time frame given, they said we were not able to get it. Man at this point we were so mad at there service and just wanted to stop there service straight away. We rang customer service and they checked to see if we applied within the time frame and yes we did, not only that but someone from there team had actually helped us on the phone get it all set up. So we were actually entitiled to it but they just didn’t want to honor it. So all in all, very bad experience so just make sure you guys are aware when you go with there services. We won’t be using them any longer, as a matter of fact we were with optimum before them and there internet service was great. We changed because we wanted to lower our monthly rates. Wasn’t a great idea. Hope this review is helpful. Latest update as of 11/16/25: My husband has responded to your link provided as it’s his account. No response as of yet.

    Vontae was a very nice worker he made jokes and laughed with us the whole time got us the best deals and definitely made out experience worth it! 10/10 would like him to be my rep next time
