- DFDebi FussellJul 16, 20252.0I bought a charger for my phone with a sales rep on the phone & specifically said we want curbside pick up. The rep said it's down for curbside. Went to the curbside pick space & there's no phone number to call & tell them you're there. Just happened there was a salesperson walking by & asked how do you get your curbside. She says you have to do it in the app. We don't have the app,we say. Well then, she says, you have to go inside to pick it up. What? I've never run into that at any curbside store I've ever been to. You always pick a space, call a number & get your curbside. The rep who sold it to me never said anything about the app. Only said it will be ready when you come to pick it up. Apparently you have to download their stupid app & do it that way. They need to see how curbside really works.
