- KSKeresa SmithJul 21, 20251.0I spent close to $700 to set up 3 phones for my family. We were told the monthly bill would be $110. After the first month the charge was $160. I felt we were lied to and have since switched 2 of the phones, but my phone needs to be unlocked and for some reason they won't unlock it. I feel like since I paid for the phone in full, they need to unlock it so I can use it wherever I want.
