  We had a very bad experience at this location. The manager that was there at 4pm on Saturday was very rude. We were trying to return my moms cellphone she has purchase Monday and the manager didn’t want to. She said it has to be within 7 days which it was. Then she said it had to be less then 60 min usage. It’s on the receipt she said. It doesn’t show in the receipt, I try to explain that to her. Since she couldn’t answer or show me where it says about the 60 min usage she started getting upset. Then she goes to the back and started talking to the “district manager” she was on the phone for awhile leaving a new employee at the front desk where the employee was also rude to us. Then she comes back saying my district managers said we can’t accept the phone back. Oh and she also said you can call 611 and talk to somebody but even if they say yes we will not give you a refund. It was a very bad experience. We will never go to your location again.

  Outstanding customer service! I had actually first went to another cricket store and the associate there made it obvious I was intruding on her texting time! This young lady here was juggling three of us and treated us all with respect. Thank you!
