  Called mul6times to ask if you all had a specific item but couldn't get beyond the stupid AI. Absolutely moronic to put something like this in place of a person who coukd answer the question is seconds. I know a company your size won't miss my money but you'll lost this sale and I'm sure future sales as well.

  Sales woman says I cant buy a phone as transfer would take hours because they are closing soon. I just left.

  I have had good experiences previously, but when i sent my husband in today to support the physical store had the worst one ever. Felix who "helped" my husband was playing games on his phone, hearthstone to be exact. Then when shown the exact washer dryer set i wanted said it wouldnt be available until the 20th. I sent a back up option i had preselected and my husband was basically told the soonest thing available was a set i had no interest in and to either order what i want online or settle. So i ordered the set i actually want and it will be here in 3 days instead of 2 weeks. Do not ask Felix for help if you need something asap and have set standards, he doesnt care. Also evidently they dont keep anything actually in store, so dont expect to leave same day with any appliance.
