  Worst customer service ever. I bought some Zizo Pulse z4 Earbuds for $40.00 as soon as I got home I charge them all night, went to the gym in the morning and the earbuds We’re not working it indicated that it was low battery eve though I charge them all night. I went the next day to get a refund or exchange the broken item for something else of course they refuse stating that Accessories Are final sales. Didn’t mention it or it was stated on the receipt and their policy was hidden somewhere instead of putting it in front of where the customer can see it. To that extent the sale was final but it does not mean I must accept broken items.I know There had to be a breach of warranty....under the law the store would have an obligation to repair the earbuds, replace it or give a refund. I called the cops made a report 3 days later I picked up the report and sent a complain to the business Bureau and I’m happy to report that they agree to open up an investigation. They are a bunch of thieves.

  Fabolia is a Horrible manager, she was on the phone the whole time I was shopping for a phone. Don't go to this place, you'll do better going to another location where the customer service is better.

  Fabalio (female) which I think that's her name. Work's in the evening time , came in on Tuesday evening(October the 6th , 2018). Horrible customer service, was on her phone the whole time I was in the store, then when I proceed to enquire about some phone's she just simply pointed to the phone sheet. She quickly brushed me off and went back around the counter and back on her phone. If you want to experience Horrible customer service, go there. You'll experience it.

  Este Cricket si el Dueño no pone atencion se va a quedar sin clientes por culpa de la muchacha que tiene alli muy mal educada y trata muy mal a los clientes si no tiene ganas de trabajar que se quede mejor en casa les recomiendo mejor el cricket que esta en la conway norte en alton que este si quieres pasar un mal momento ven a este de que esta aun lado del tigere..
