- AMAbdullah MohammedJun 8, 20255.0Brought my gaming PC in. Unfortunately it was pretty much a complete loss so RIP to my gaming pc ✊. Even worse, the day I got this news, my gaming laptop wouldn’t boot up either, so I brought it to these guys and thankfully they had me fixed and good to go in 2 hours. 2/3 of the visits, Natali helped me check my computers in and was very positive and friendly during the whole process. Update: Tommy got my laptop working again and was very attentive during the whole process. Very glad I live near here, and I’ll be coming anytime I have a tech support issue!

Turnaround for laptop battery replacement is 3-5 days and who can be without their computer that long when it’s the only way that person makes a living? Was transferred from one department to another and those departments are not in sync, demonstrating a total lack of organization and communication between them.

Waste of time and they need to tell people ahead of time what they can actually bring in. Also unstaffed and had to stand there for half and hour for them to be able to do anything.
