- FDfarbod DFeb 7, 20261.0I had a confirmed 6:40 pm appointment for battery replacement. Waited 15 minutes only to be told that they were ‘too busy’ to do the job. Their solution? Buy the battery from them and book another appointment like my schedule doesn’t matter. Unacceptable. This is not incompetence; it’s deliberate disregard for paying customers. This company is a joke.

Went there a while back with a cell phone black screen and after trying to solve on my own and after going to a couple of other places - everyone said to go to Geek Squad at Allen Stacy Road Best Buy. Glad I listened to them! Natali was super-efficient and courteous. I was getting frustrated that the other places i went to could not help, but Natali jumped right in. Solved my problem pretty quickly. THANK YOU!

Turnaround for laptop battery replacement is 3-5 days and who can be without their computer that long when it’s the only way that person makes a living? Was transferred from one department to another and those departments are not in sync, demonstrating a total lack of organization and communication between them.
- AEAshlynn EganMay 26, 20211.0Literally so unhelpful says they are certified to help fix or send in apple products but when I brought in my ipad they said they are only certified to send in iphones. Waste of time and they need to tell people ahead of time what they can actually bring in. Also unstaffed and had to stand there for half and hour for them to be able to do anything.
