He was able to correct both issues and with essentially no wait! This kind of customer service is precisely why we purchase all of our electronics and accessories from Best Buy!

He continuously spoke over me, was extremely condescending, and when I asked to speak to his manager or supervisor he refused. When I asked to speak to another worker he also refused and told me to hang up and call again to be connect with someone else. When I called again I was connected with him for another time and he was again extremely rude. I have never spoken with someone so unwilling to help and I have already filed a report on the interaction. Best Buy get better people to work for you. He should not work with customers, he has the worst attitude possible.
