- WSWayne SanfordOct 22, 20251.0So I just walked into the store (10/22/25 11:50am) to look into getting a router there are three customers in the store and I walked around the entire store since I wasn't sure where the routers were not one person came up to me and u can can clearly tell I was looking for something and I saw at least 5 employess at The Geek Squad four other employees at a cash register just talking to each other and one or two other employees wandering around. Not one of them asked me if I needed anything or help, never going to the store again that was pathetic, great job manager My response to your generic reply: Why would I repeat exactly what I said in the review to a private response? You have a question ask me here. And I don't know what else you would ask me I pretty much labeled everything in great detail above
