The Verizon in 5 points said it was for taxes on the phone. The one in Alice said that Verizon charges the same amount. I called Verizon and that’s untrue. It was 150 cheaper to do it in store. Ridiculous. We felt lied to and will now drive to corpus for any additional purchases. I would prefer the drive when I know I’m gettin an honest answer

Not only that, but she was able to multitask and handle several customers simultaneously. Had I been a waiting customer I know I would have been grateful! She deserves a raise and promotion!
