I was so impressed with Krystal Reynolds. She is the manager and the moment I started having problems she jumped in and worked her magic with the customer service department! She even came in on her day off to make sure I was happy and make necessary calls. She was very goal oriented and stern in her actions with them. Krystal was beautiful to work with and very kind! I order an upgrade phone, do in store pickup, pickup thr phone, everything is smooth. I keep the old phone for a few days, then try to return it (keeping with the terms of the upgrade) and everyone is confused and wasting my time. Incompetent staff.

First time I went in on same day the female employee told me she would look at my phone if it takes too long she will charge me to remove pop-ups well she messed with ut for 15 mins and didn't stop them. So later I came back and the male did remove them in 10 mins. And no threat to charge me
