  horrible! My boyfriend went to go get his phone fixed and he dropped it off at 12:30, they said it would take them between an hour to two hours. That’s a lie! He had gave them a phone number to call when it was finished, when he dropped it off, and they never called that phone number. They called the phone they were WORKING ON! How are we supposed to know if it’s finished if they have the phone?!?! They need to use their resources and know what they are doing. They need to get their stuff together. horrible service!

  Scheduled a battery replacement on my IPhone SE last week for Saturday at 440 I have to work so weekends are better I drove an hour and a half to the appointment and when I got there she wasn’t sure they had a battery and if they did no one was there to replace it I would have to go back on Monday which would be another hour and a half each way plus a work day very poor customer service

  Short staffed and couldn’t handle appointments properly. Don’t get me wrong, the guy is nice but he’s only part time and he’s the only technician for automotive. In December I made an appointment a month later in January, went to appointment and they didn’t have all parts and had to reschedule for late March. Then told a week later that they couldn’t use the part purchase anyway and said I could use a different product. Why couldn’t we use the other product in the first place? Hmm. Bad management.

  Conflict resolution is iffy. They put a screen protector onto my phone (which was labeled as the right kind for that model), and within a few days the edges started popping up after being in the Otterbox. I was told when we came back not to put the Otterbox on until 24 hrs later. Would've liked to have known the first time. The protector still popped up regardless, so I ended up trimming it with scissors. Be careful with Galaxy S7s...you may not be able to have a perfect screen protector AND an Otterbox. The fit is extremely close, so if it's even a teeny bit off (both times) the edges will pop under a case.
