  I'd give this store and Cricket Wireless a zero if possible. This store manager is rude and will hangup on you. He doesn't train his employees correctly and doesn't take responsibility for any actions his employees cause or do. My son bought a new phone paid cash put insurance on it they took amount off the money pending for payment caused the phones to get disconnected because full payment wasn't there anymore. I called him and asked for my reconcection fee $15. It's not about the money which cost more than the $12 insurance fee. It's that they should look and explain that will paying cash for the new phone collect the insurance payment and training new employees right. May I suggest Consumer Cellular they are just as cheap as this no corporate office no caring hateful people. Told lots of people leaving this company. They don't care if they get your phone disconnected over $12!!! And then add another $15 so $27 total after 7 years of auto pay. At least use the S14 th store if your desperate and don't use the sorry store with totally RUDE manager. I can only hope his owners care since locally owned. I asked for him to have them call me and was told no he couldn't give the information I said I'm gonna give you mine to call me. He's so dumb didn't understand he wasn't giving me their information. So owners must not care about customer service either. Shop carefully no help at store level or customer service line.

  Worst service coverage ever! Guess you get what you pay for! Oh and their call centers are overseas! Great!

  Without doubt the nicest young lady to help me get a new phone to replace mine. Smart and extremely helpful. I don't know company policy about giving her name so I won't but she is a definite assert to the company. My thanks to her. ....Reconsidered and thought I would thank young Miss ERIN by name. Had to go back in for help and was able to be assisted by another very knowledgeable lady. If my memory serves me correctly her name was SANDRA..please forgive me if I'm wrong. These folks were a world of help and knowledge. My special thanks to both of them. I would like to make a comment that at 76 years of age it's gotta be easier to get a divorce and remarry to a total stranger than to change to a new phone. Unbelievable how much I have become dependent on mine these last few years. As a youngster we had to make that 15 mile drive into town to place a call at a phone booth and it was very infrequent we even used a phone....had to be a special reason like the birth of a child or death of family member. Later we were able to get a home phone on a 4 party line shared with three other people. Now I carry my phone with me 24/7. And am lost if I lay it down somewhere. I'm not sure this has become a good thing but gotta keep up with progress.....I guess.
