  I had an unpleasant experience at the Catclaw location which I have already left a review about. We decided to go to the South 14th location as that is the one we usually go to. (We had gone to the Catclaw location as it was near where we needed to go afterwards.) Sam and Brian were like a breathe of fresh air after the first experience. They were empathetic to the way we were treated, listened to what I had to say, and were able to confirm that we qualified to get the replacement phone we needed for $89.99+$25 as was advertised for existing customers as an upgrade (instead of $179.99 we were being told at the other location). I cannot stress enough how much better the experience and customer service was at this location. Brian greeted us when we came in even though he was speaking with another customer, and Sam listened to my qualms and explanations without interrupting, demeaning, or arguing. It made me feel much better about the entire situation.

  Said they open at 9, lady didn't show up until after 9 sat there waiting for 30 minutes and she still didn't open the doors. Ridiculous

  First experience at this store was great. The second not so good. The girl at the counter was rude and acted as if we were an inconvenience to her. I had said I wanted to start a line, so she asked me to type my information, while she assisted another customer.(which I didn’t mind at all!) once I filled it out, she asked again and my husband said we just need to take this number from this account and transfer to a new line. she rolled her eyes and said “why didn’t y'all tell me that before I did all this?” She tried to argue with us, and just wasn’t professional at all. we definitely won’t be back to that location.

  Service wise they are alright. But I have had constant issues with my account and ive had to waste my time and gas repeatedly having to go up to the store to get the issues fixed. I dont like how if u want to upgrade you have to buy the pho e straight out. Payment plans are available but they seem to push customers to buy the phone instead.
