Just had remote start installed and couldn’t be happier, technician was awesome! However, had a question after leaving and tried to call only to discover it’s nearly impossible to speak to the technician 😡 Your customer service sucks when trying to call; after nearly a half hour trying to talk to technician, during this time I talked to two different people who were useless and wanted to know my life history, so I finally hung up. Your lack of prompt communication with your customers doesn’t exist. I will share your lack of customer service with all I know and will not return to your store. If you respond, don’t waste my time, because you don’t have a valid excuse why your customer service sucks.

Stopped in to buy a TV. Met an employee in the aisle, said he would have someone there in a few minutes. 15 minutes later, no one to be found. Thanks, but no thanks. Ill take my money and business elsewhere.

There is a sign on the front door that says they are open at 10 am google says they are open at 10, but the doors are locked and they are telling everyone they don’t open til 11 am, changed to a 2 star cause 20 minutes later they did come out and put a new time on the door after 30 people kept trying to get in.

BAILEY, saved me from losing my mind today. After going to store to store Christmas shopping, helped me through a manic episode. Informative and patience, with a touch of sweet. I didn't walk out with what I wanted, I walked out with better.

Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
I went to Best Buy expecting professional guidance before purchasing a product, but instead I was assisted by someone who clearly lacked product knowledge and relied on AI and coworkers rather than giving informed advice.
When the product did not work and I attempted to return it, customer service refused to take responsibility and simply told me to contact the manufacturer, without properly explaining the policy. This is especially frustrating because before buying, I specifically asked if the item could be returned if it didn’t work, and I was assured that it could.
I lost money and valuable time. I had just arrived from Spain and needed this product to communicate with my loved ones, and instead I was left without a solution.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.
