Was very happy overall, until they loaded my appliances were put in my truck. They scratched my refrigerator actually put a dent in it . So that made me very unhappy. My husband said it was OK. So we wouldn’t have to wait for another one to come in .

Lost a $2,000 sale — and $10,000 in future business due to one disrespectful employee
On 11/3, a business partner and I came in to purchase an 85” TV, ready to buy on the spot. After waiting quite a while for assistance, the TV sales associate Robert finally arrived and immediately came across as rude and dismissive.
We explained exactly what we wanted, but instead of helping, he told us our choice was “bad” and pushed a different model that was clearly not what we were looking for. He also insisted that the TV wouldn’t fit in our SUV — even after we told him it absolutely would.
Tired of the attitude and lack of respect from Robert we left and went straight to Sam’s Club, where we purchased the exact TV we wanted. And yes — it fit perfectly in the SUV, just like we said.
It’s unfortunate for Best Buy, because we had plans to make several more large purchases — easily another $10,000 in future business — but this experience completely changed our minds.

This store is great! I really enjoy that they still have brick and mortar locations. I just prefer buying in person over online and I'm glad some places haven't gone to purely on line. They have very helpful staff as well.
