  I normally have a pleasant experince and good customer service but, today was awful. I went knowing 1 phone I was for sure going to purchase and look at another. My daughter and I were greeted and directed to Rob. I told him hello and asked if he was Rob. He walked over chewing on something and said "yeah" like I'd interrupted him. I told him the phone I and asked if he could see if they had it in stock. He looked it up and dryly said "we've only got 1 option" I said that's fine and asked about another more expensive phone I was also interested in getting. He stopped at another phone (not the one I asked about) pointed to the price tag and said "doesn't look like it" and walked away to go get the first phone without checking it saying anything else. I get everyone had bad days but, there was nothing but rudeness from him from his demeanor to his time in how he spoke to me. I did tell the gentlemen who directed me to Rob initially what happened but, I know if I'm in there and get directed to him I'll just find what I'm looking for myself or find someone else! I put 3 stars because my experience is typically good. Disappointing today.

  Jeremiah is a phenomenal salesman! He is very knowledgeable on all products we had questions about. We felt moved to leave a review even with out a purchase today (due to not having a good set up to bring the tv home in our truck) because he was VERY genuine. We will be back and hope to work with him again.

  We’ve been updating a gaming computer and luckily this Best Buy has actually had everything in stock that we’ve needed to purchase to do so. More employees available would be nice, as we’ve had to wait 30 minutes for someone to be available just to unlock a cabinet for us to purchase a graphics card.

  I was trying to find toner so I asked customer assistance to no avail. The lady kept saying she needs the phone number of who purchased the printer. I showed her a picture of the toner details but she claimed she can't look it up that way. WHAT?! She doesn't know what she is doing! I went to Office Depot, showed the employee the same picture. I was out of there with toner, satisfied in less than 3 minutes.
