Rep Jon opened a new line instead of transferring my existing one, then stuck me on the most expensive plan — not the one I was quoted. Later I found out they get paid to upsell and mislead customers. Because of their incompetence, I had to make four trips to the White House store and two to the Hendersonville corporate store just to fix their mess — and still lost over $90 in fees. This place runs on greed, not service. Save yourself the headache and go straight to the Hendersonville corporate store, where they actually treat customers right.
