    We added on 3 lines, bought two phones, brought on another already purchased phone, converted another from at&t to Verizon, all so fast and efficiently thanks to Susan! She was fantastic and so knowledgeable!

    I’ve been with Verizon for 15 years. First on my parents plan, then on my own. Time and time again, I have been extremely disappointed here. A customer service rep at the Tullahoma location put my upgrade on my sister’s phone number instead of mine (before I switched). He was pretty rude about it, but they got the numbers switched back around. Then I opened my own account with my husband, and my sister went to get an upgrade and was told her number is under contract and still owes money for my phone. Annoying, but let’s go talk to a rep. I go in and ask about it and was told, “oh yeah, the other account is paying for your phone”. Annoying, but when I asked what could be done? She couldn’t do anything about it, I need to call customer service. So what is your job? Then my husband had issues with his charger port. We pay insurance on his phone ($20/month), so we went in to ask about replacing it. Another rep said the insurance only covers broken screens. I said “For $20/month?” He replied “Beats paying for a new phone”. Okay, but not really. So it’s $200/ month for two phones, with abysmal customer service and spotty reception. We will be switching providers. 0/10 do not recommend. The only person who has ever been helpful in there is the gentleman with dreadlocks and freckles. He was patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable. Everyone else in there either doesn’t know what they’re doing or they’re rude and dismissive.

    Absolutely horrible store. I cannot count the amount of times I have been in here and received false information from employees who keep spreading false information. Now it has resulted in me being stranded abroad. I left to study abroad in Europe this past semester and right before I left I went to this Verizon to get a new iPhone 16. My mother and I were told that I didn’t need to pay for an international plan because this phone automatically came with it. THIS IS THE MAIN REASON WE PURCHASED THE PHONE. All to find out then when I got over to Europe that my phone only worked on WiFi. This was a huge safety issue considering I was traveling alone through countries I didn’t know. I couldn’t use maps or any of my apps. Several nights were spent on the phone in tears calling Verizon with no help from them. They never solved the issue and it resulted in my having to buy multiple esims costing a fortune. This is unacceptable from Verizon’s part. Not to mention, please do not buy the iPhone 16. It is the worst phone I have ever purchased. It keeps making me buy more storage and won’t let me access any old photos. You have to restart it for your apps to work regularly. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to Verizon and stay away from new iPhones. And after reading all these reviews- I’m proven right. Horrible customer service and horrible response to all negative reviews.

    So about a year ago or so I went to this Verizon to get a phone added to my plan and there was a deal Verizon told me about on the phone plus another Verizon told me also. Well the Manager refused to help me with the deal. Well I thought I would try to see if I could add another device to my plan this past weekend and the sales guy was helping me another came up and interrupted us and pulled him to the side no telling what it was about then the sales guy came back and told me I should just go to Walmart to get what I was looking for even though they had it. Y’all need to learn customer service and actually help customers instead of refusing service. I been going to that Verizon since I was a kid and this place has gone to crap like no wonder y’all’s ratings are low on google.

    You will get better customer service from a portable toilet. Even if your account with Verizon shows you as an account manager make sure you print it off and bring proof as the employee I spoke with would not even check the account to confirm before she refused to activate my phone.
