In fact, I bought a brand new phone, bringing in revenue for the store. Despite this, the manager was shockingly rude to me. Instead of showing basic courtesy, he acted short-tempered, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. His attitude made the entire experience unnecessarily unpleasant, and it’s baffling to me how someone with such poor customer service skills is in a leadership position. If this is how paying customers are treated—especially those making major purchases—I can only imagine how he treats people who come in with questions or problems. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest others avoid this location.
