- JCJack ChristApr 3, 20251.0Went to this store in sweetwater 4 days in a row, to be told the system was down and would have to come back just to find young man working was stretched out on chairs behind counter sleeping beat on door to wake him, he went to back straightened hair came to door to tell me I would have to purchase card and pay that way. Really getting paid to sleep on job...... Customer service is awful had to go to Athens to get good customer service and to pay my bill. I would rather make the drive to Athens rather than deal with the rude sleeping on the job people. Telling e1 the systems down.
- AMAshley MichaelDec 7, 20231.01st off the lady was RUDE!! 2nd she tried to tell me it would be over $400 dollars to transfer 4 phone numbers, and when I explained that online it was only $143 dollars she got even ruder and basically called me a liar saying "well idk where you got that from". Lady I literally can show you. Lenior City is definitely sooo much better then this one in Sweetwater.
