They caharged us over $100 to accomplish this, and ran our card 4 times with a $5 service fee for each swipe. I called Cricket customer care after and they confirmed that the store not only overcharged us but also cost us an additional $15 in service fees because they broke it up into multiple transactions, but that they could not give a refund. If you are looking to change your plan with Cricket I would suggest switching to another provider and taking advantage of a new customer deal, it will cost less and you'll get more.

The Samsung galaxy is a sad peace of technology. The speakers suck you can't hear half of the time. Really disappointed. I'd pass on this provider. I'll be switching back to at&t. The bill may have been twice what I pay now but I'd honestly have to say it's worth every penny because this is a crap phone with crap service.
