My experience at this Verizon location was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. None of my services were set up correctly from the beginning. I switched from T-Mobile after being promised a contract buyout, including a gift card to pay off my previous carrier. However, the process was never completed.
I received my phone in November 2025 and was told to wait 4–6 weeks for the gift card. After waiting, I discovered that the buyout was never properly processed. The system even showed that Verizon did not have the phone I physically turned in, which is unacceptable.
When I contacted the store for clarification, the manager was dismissive and rude, stating there was “nothing they could do.” Customer service over the phone was equally unhelpful and disrespectful, providing inconsistent information and no real resolution.
As a first-time Verizon customer, this level of service is unacceptable. Due to the store’s failure to complete the required steps, I am now being forced to wait another 4–6 weeks for the gift card so I can pay off my previous carrier. This situation could have been avoided if the staff had done their job correctly from the start.
This experience has left a very poor impression of Verizon, and I expected far better professionalism and accountability. If you are looking to trade in your service for Verizon, I do not recommend doing so, particularly at this location. My experience as a first-time customer was poorly handled and unacceptable.

I wanna send a huge shout to Emily. I’ve never received the kind of customer service that she provided to me. It’s been unparalleled. She’s gone above and beyond g to make sure that I was taken care of and that my issues were resolved. She deserves all of the accolades! She’s seriously the best!

I went in to the store today to trade in a phone. The employee who I had the displeasure of being “helped” by was rude with absolutely zero customer service skills. While I acknowledged that I was a month overdue to turn in my trade in, all I was asking for was the original value to be honored. Not only did the employee not try literally anything to be of help instead he all but encouraged me to take my business elsewhere. I cannot imagine how many other people have left Verizon due to this particular employee. I called customer service and they were extremely helpful, pleasant, and had no problem honoring my original trade in value. I drove down to the Murfreesboro store because they’re much kinder to their customers.

I recently went to Verizon and was interested to switch from another company. There was this black and tall guy that “helped us” but he was rude and mean. There was a customer before us and he was even laughing with them but once he started helping us he was rude. Definitely not coming back

sebastrian is store Mgr if this store and i have received absolutely Horrible treatment from him and one of his employees .
He doesnt deserve to manage this place and i myself never ever go back to that particular store as long as he is managing this place.
I as proud iranian american have been loyal customer of verizon company and introduced many of my good friend.
I own 5 apple phone with 5 different line.
I have made appointment with him at least 3 times and he has either not showed up or cancel appointment. i finally approached him today and i asked him about the way i have been treated by him snd another African American employee of him to say: I will go to the next level if the next time you and your employee treat me unfairly and he said angrily and impolitely: Go ahead

i have been driving for 3 hours back and forth to woodbury tn to get service from Nikki Mgr of wood bury tn who. she always treated me fantastic anh her employees treated me professionally.
As a token of appreciation I have purchased two iphone 17 from her and i am going to buy 3 more from her.
The customer sevice is the key to any Business and i have been told by many merchants that your sense of humor Bring joy to our store.
