I’ve been a customer over a decade loyal and always purchasing new phones. I asked if the activation fee for the watch could be waived since now with the purchase of the watch you must pay for an additional line plan even though you’re using the same phone number and the watch is linked to your phone. Just another way to charge more to a customer but needless to say I attempted to get my activation fee for the watch and the employee said let me ask my manager he doesn’t like to waive them on watches. Sure enough she comes back and says my manager said no. Well I hope someone in admin sees this review because now I went to ATT switched to first net as a first responder purchased a brand new phone and watch from them with deals that blew Verizon out of the water. Very sad that being a loyal customer means nothing anymore
