  Went yesterday to buy a new phone as my old phone was no longer working. I first went to the store on Sam Ridley but was informed they didn’t have the iPhone 16 pro max in stock so I went to this store(big mistake). I tell them I want the phone and they bring it out, the girl that originally started the process was in training and very nice. The other 2 girls that were working were absolute snakes. One kept “helping” the girl in training but was actually adding a bunch of random stuff to my bill without asking. As they prepared the phone for me they asked me “which case do you want?” Which I kindly declined as I have already purchased my own case(she just huffed and rolled her eyes), then started trying to install camera lenses covers and front glass protection cover which I was never asked if I wanted and projected very clearly that I was not interested in anything other than the phone itself! At the end I get my bill and asked for a receipt after upon which one of the girls tell the other girl in training “don’t print that one, print this one instead” which lead me to know I was getting scammed. I pull the receipt and it’s $300 less than what I had just paid so I wasn’t sure where the extra $300 had come from! I demanded the FULL receipt to find out that they charged me for a case, a screen protector, a camera protector, a lightening charger block and insurance on the phone, none of which I was asking if I wanted or presented with a option to decline! When I told them to take all the extra BS off and refund me since I never asked or received them they did so but with complete anger and rolling their eyes. I told them I don’t need or want the insurance on the phone as I have apple care plus and don’t need some BS insurance they sell. They said they couldn’t take it off since it was already added to my bill so I made it blatantly obvious that I was not paying this insurance and then when they saw that I had already paid my bill for the month they said “oh yeah we see you’ve already paid your bill this month so since we can’t charge you the extra $ for the insurance we will go ahead and get that taken off right away”. Total freaking scam! Do not go here unless you like being scammed big time! Just go any other one around and still please make sure you check your receipts!!! Again the girl in training(I think her name was star, not sure) she was very nice and didn’t know a whole lot about the system and was obviously being used to scam us as she was being trained by theses snakes to be a scammer.

  I used to go to several Cricket stores in Murfreesboro area and Smyrna, but, after my visit to this location 5 months ago, and I have started taking all my friend that needed help with Cricket service to James and his employees. Thank you so much for the amazing service.
