He understands that a 71 year old woman needs a lot of help when purchasing these items. He helped me with my passwords and took his time and has worked with me for way over an hour. I would recommend him to all my family and friends who are in need of a new phone. It is so nice to have someone who understands that everyone is not tech savvy! I will always ask for him if I have any questions.

I got setup with Verizon service at Walmart over a year ago when the store was shut down and they never set me up on the Verizon app. Dustin was able to get me logged in to my Verizon app so I could pay my bill on it in minutes after I've been struggling. Any if your Verizon needs go ask for him!

He helped out greatly by getting rid of a lot of apps I didnt need and got apple music set up for me. Also helped with securing the phone. Job well ✔️ done ✔️
