Total laziness they need to restaff that whole establishment. They are even rude to other wireless consultants when their customers are porting out. 0 out of 0 stars. Do not recommend.

Coverage is consistently getting worse . Customer service says there's only 1 tower near . So if my service is really bad why do I have a bill each month at full cost . I'm seriously thinking of going back to T-Mobile or changing to Verizon or boost . Cricket really sucks lately . Very disappointed in the complete service . 👎👎👎👎👎-1 ⭐. Don't need another visit to store , I need better service at home . Internet and phone . Less spinning dials and no service availables .
