- LCLeonard ChatmanDec 22, 20225.0I was at the Pulaski store today, I had gotten a new phone I have a lot of photos saved on my old phone and a memory card and could not get them onto my new phone there are a lot of them that are family and friends who have passed away so the 2 young ladies working there (Kimberly and Hannah) took my phone and did everything possible and got all of my photos save to my new phone the were very courteous and professionally I will never be able to thank them enough.

Two days ago I got a letter from Cricket welcoming me to their Cricket Protection Plan for $7.00 a month. No one there asked him if he wanted this plan or gave him a chance to say no. It was just added to the bill. I had to spend about 30 minutes or so getting it taken off our bill. What a dishonest way of doing business.
