I was being talk to very rudely and not being helped at all by the red headed lady at the Verizon store in Portland when Kevin stepped in to deescalate the situation and make everything right. He absolutely helped me and made everything easy. It makes me not want to talk to any other worker in this store because of the night and day difference in these two people. I will forever use Kevin for any future needs at Verizon without hesitation. Go do your business with him if you want convenience and kindness. I absolutely wouldn’t even look the red headed woman’s way, nothing but rude and trying to take advantage of you. Kevin is the best!
