  I had a lovely experience very attentive to my issue. My issue involved our phone plan. The owner personally (Earl) got involved with the issue and was able to resolve in a few hours. Good service very nice customer service especially from Brenda! 😊

  Brenda was so awesome in correcting my phone swap that had been done incorrectly by another store. She was so patient and very kind. The best customer service I have ever gotten with Cricket.
