- CQCrystal QuallsDec 20, 20255.0Heather P at the Paris TN location is truly amazing! She helped me get my phone up and working even when it was trying to be difficult. The systems were being a little wonky (happens to everyone at some point) but instead of throwing in the towel she stuck with it and actually helped me :) I now have a working phone again after dealing with the 611 number multiple times with no luck. She is truly patient and perfect for the job!
