This team did call customer service for hours trying to get them to fix it so the store itself other than the bad technology is not the issue. I called cricket customer service myself after I left and was told.... it may or may not go on your account. Then couldn't give me a refund or a credit. All my bill was paid BEYOND what I owed. Then after so many years of no problems at all my service was spotty at best. Hotspot stopped working. Internet was spotty. Never a problem until I told the representative if I was not refunded I would leave. And all the service problems started. I paid for each phone myself out of pocket they were not financed. So when I changed andtheylocked the phones so they could not switch you showed me EXACTLY what kind of company you are.
