- TWTyler WilliamsDec 22, 20255.0Camilia and Jacqueline were absolutely wonderful! Very knowledgeable and technical. They quickly diagnose the issue. I unfortunately had to upgrade my phone do to a Samsung update which killed my phone and service. Camilia was able to extract my phone info including all my photos,apps, and text. Jacqueline put me in a new phone and rugged case and I was back up in less then an hour. Above and beyond customer service that Verizon or Samsung can't offer !
