  Lexi and Dr. Redden helped my cat beef today with such great care. Both of them took the time to figure out what would work best for beef and i in such a compassionate way. I was initially stressed to be at the vet (as was beef) but they took a lot of that stress away simply by being good people, on top of being fantastic healthcare workers. i know my beef will always be in good hands at this veterinarian office ❤️

  I had a very disappointing experience with this veterinary clinic. Over the course of one week, I brought my dog in three separate times for the same issue. Each visit resulted in a different speculative diagnosis, yet multiple medications were prescribed without a clear explanation of the underlying problem. During the first visit, my dog was prescribed several medications, including one that needed to be taken with food. I explained that my dog was not eating at the time, which made administering that medication difficult. Less than 24 hours later, I had to return because the issue had not improved. At that visit, a different possible cause was suggested and two additional medications were prescribed. Throughout the process, communication about the diagnosis and treatment plan felt limited. Rather than identifying the root cause, the approach seemed to rely on prescribing additional medications each visit. After spending more than $1,000 in a single week without a clear diagnosis or resolution, I left feeling frustrated and concerned about the care provided. As a pet owner, I expected more thorough diagnostics, clearer communication, and a more thoughtful treatment approach. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to carefully evaluate their options when selecting veterinary care.

  We always had great experiences here with our two cats over the last five years. Dr. Maddox was fantastic.
