I waited for almost 4 hours just to be told that “the system wasn’t working.” My entire afternoon was wasted. There was a blonde employee with slightly long hair who kept disappearing to the back to eat and then coming back, barely paying attention to customers. His attitude was extremely unprofessional and made me feel like a second-class customer. He didn’t try to help, didn’t communicate anything clearly, and acted like he didn’t care at all. This is honestly unacceptable. If this is how they treat customers, I definitely won’t be coming back. I hope management takes this seriously because this was a terrible experience.
