    I am traveling from out of state and needed a new car charger. I stopped in and bought a kit with the charger/car jack. I didn’t need it right away, so about 24 hours later I open the box. I discovered it was already open and the charger is missing. I paid $45 for a car jack with no charger. The stores payment system also wasn’t working and I had to go to several different terminals to pay for something that is missing out of the box. I did get a vague receipt emailed to me, and at this point I’m not even sure how to go about getting a refund or exchange. This sucks.

    I had a terrible experience at the Verizon store in Opry Mills Mall. When I went there to report that I was charged twice, the employees did not want to help me and told me to call my bank instead. I explained that I did not want to call my bank because the issue clearly came from the store, not from my bank. Later, after asking her coworker, the female employee told me that I would receive my refund in two weeks. When I mentioned that refunds normally take only three to five business days, they asked me to leave the store. While talking to me, the female employee kept sighing and acting annoyed, which was extremely disrespectful. I was treated very rudely and unfairly. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I would never recommend this store to anyone. I hope Verizon takes this issue seriously and ensures that no other customer has to go through the same situation.

    My husband and I were served by Preston today. He did an amazing job of upgrading both of our phones and answering technical questions. I went into the store at Opry Mall in Nashville, Tennessee to see if he could help me with my flashlight. He was very willing to explain how to determine where the issue may be coming from. My husband and I were recently discussing about upgrading to the newer phone version. He took the time to explain all of the options and was very patient with our questions. We were very satisfied with his above average customer service and highly recommend Preston.
