    Rayden (I am guessing on the spelling) was super helpful and informative. I was in need of a phone after my last one decided to stop holding a charge after one too many drops. I called around every location before finally this store had the stock rather than needing to order it. Rayden even held the phone for me before I got there so that way it wouldn't sell out (the holidays are crazy). Rayden also offered a lot of upgrade options and different equipment that I didn't need or have much use for but if you're needing anything extra, he will find you the best deal possible. All in all a great experience but be sure to ask for Rayden.

    My son went in and long story shirt they took his old ph9ne added as a new line woyhout saying thats what they were doing they just told him he could keep his old phone and never said anything about paying for another line

    I am traveling from out of state and needed a new car charger. I stopped in and bought a kit with the charger/car jack. I didn’t need it right away, so about 24 hours later I open the box. I discovered it was already open and the charger is missing. I paid $45 for a car jack with no charger. The stores payment system also wasn’t working and I had to go to several different terminals to pay for something that is missing out of the box. I did get a vague receipt emailed to me, and at this point I’m not even sure how to go about getting a refund or exchange. This sucks.

    I had a terrible experience at the Verizon store in Opry Mills Mall. When I went there to report that I was charged twice, the employees did not want to help me and told me to call my bank instead. I explained that I did not want to call my bank because the issue clearly came from the store, not from my bank. Later, after asking her coworker, the female employee told me that I would receive my refund in two weeks. When I mentioned that refunds normally take only three to five business days, they asked me to leave the store. While talking to me, the female employee kept sighing and acting annoyed, which was extremely disrespectful. I was treated very rudely and unfairly. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I would never recommend this store to anyone. I hope Verizon takes this issue seriously and ensures that no other customer has to go through the same situation.
