  On January 21, 2026, at 7:00 PM, God was with Ashley and me in Verizon. I was facing some difficulties. All I could do was pray fervently to my God for help. It was already past 7:00 PM. But Ashley waited patiently until 7:30 PM when a miracle happened, and Ashley and I cheered together. Ashley and I have known each other for a long time, and this is one of those happy moments. Reps Doug helped me apply a screen protector to my Apple Watch. I asked, "How much?" He shook his head; it was free. Ronnie had a cold. I let her smell several different scents of lemon, frankincense, and lemon balm essential oil. I've met Ronnie and Reps Doug many times. Every meeting is as easy and pleasant as meeting neighbors. I first arrived in Verizon in November 2023, and it's been over two years since then. Every time I'm here, it feels like I'm chatting with a neighbor.

  Ashley, the assistant manager, has single handedly restored my hope in customer service relations. She was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and empathetic. Thank you so much for your help Ashley!

  It's crazy I left Verizon 2 years ago because of the arrogance of an employee at this particular location. I went in to get new service 2 years later family Guy completely ignores me tells me the phone that I want to bring over which is an international phone which cost $1,200 and was specifically as an international unlocked phone. The man looks at it tells me it won't work on their Network refuses to try a SIM card but tells me he'll sell me the cheapest plan on a SIM card and I can try it. Why would I purchase a SIM card for a device if I don't know if it works or not with the network. that was the entire point of going into the store so that they can test it to see if it was compatible with the network but no he can just look at her phone and tell you it will not work but then aggressively trying to sell me a new phone. Now I'm reminded exactly why I left this network

  Well I guess I was not dressed well enough, I was in and out quick dressed in a t-shirt, and sweaty pants I work from home and had not shaved, it was.like I was invisible. But I looked at the s25+ i was about to order from them online, and I liked the look and feel and happy with my purchase. But I did not interact with anyone in the store they were also a little busy.

  Joel was AMAZING! He was so sweet and took care of the issue I was having in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this location!
