Today we had to switch over to a new iPhone and new apple ultra watch. I could do it myself but since we were in Nashville decided to just have Verizon do it. So glad we did! Wonderful service from staff especially Joel who spent an hour making everything seamless. Very professional store and quick to help. Recommend!

I visited this Verizon location a couple of days ago and had the pleasure of working with Marcus. From the moment I walked in, he was extremely polite and professional. I was looking to get the iPhone 17 Pro, and Marcus made the entire process smooth and easy. He explained everything clearly, and by the time I left, I had no questions.
Marcus was not only friendly but also efficient—he had me in and out in about 45 minutes. Thanks to a great promotion, I ended up getting $800 off the phone and only had to pay the sales tax. Additionally, I was able to get the Unlimited Plus plan for just $60/month instead of the usual $80/month due to the promotion, which was a nice bonus.
I chose the Cosmic Orange iPhone 17 Pro. I also picked up a screen protector and case, which were a bit on the pricier side, but Marcus went the extra mile by applying the screen protector and case for me. I could’ve done it myself, but I really appreciated his help with that!
Overall, my experience was fantastic, and the customer service was top-notch. I'm extremely satisfied with both the phone and the service. It was definitely a 5-star experience all around!

Ashley, the assistant manager went above and beyond to help me. I was here for a corporate work event and I had a situation with 18 users and she got me sorted out and helped out for 18 phones and made sure all my employees were great and taken care of she’s amazing assistant manager, and it’s because of her service that I would continue to stay with Verizon and recommended to anyone. She is a perfect example of a great assistant manager, and deserves to be promoted to the highest level.

I run a 900-square-foot shop that uses a maximum of 8 devices on a busy day. In February 2024, I signed up with Verizon and got their 200 Mbps router, which (per a corporate rep) should easily handle 40 devices. The first week it wasn’t working, so I went into the store — instead of looking into the issue or trying to fix it they insisted I just needed a second router.
I was even recently assigned a new business account rep and his “solution” was to buy a WiFi extender to go along with my two routers in my 900-square-foot space. A year and a half of problems, gaslighting and many support calls later, someone from customer support finally ran a test and confirmed we’d only been getting 20 Mbps this entire time.
A corporate rep then told me the black router boxes we were sold had known issues and had been replaced with a new version — but that this store likely sold them to me anyway to get their commissions on them and clear out faulty inventory.
Despite that they wouldn’t let me out of the contract or replace the faulty routers for free. The only options I was given: buy the routers I should have been sold in the first place and be in another contract with them or pay to get out of the contract. So I paid $349, ironically the payment was to “buy out” the faulty routers because they would not accept me returning the equipment, to be done with this fraudulent service.
For comparison: I use T-Mobile for my other business. Zero problems. $150/month cheaper than Verizon for the same things except their internet actually works.
Learn from my mistake — don’t assume the people working somewhere are there to help you. My experience has been nothing but upsells, bad equipment, and wasted money.
